Detailed Traffic Data Collation System (T-C)
T-C is the tool with a multiplier effect for the process of data collation and bridging gaps. It allows finding quickly the source of differences in the amounts based on own data and data from the partner. T-C is an additional module or autonomous module for CDR comparison. The solution can collect and compare CDR files from different devices and suppliers. T-Collation may be used as a powerful internal analysis tool.
Main functions of the system:
Downloading and converting compared detailed traffic data records (CDR) into system database using customizable formats and fixed templates of conversion Determination of CDR compliance for conditions set, fixing by a user.
Detection of accounts duplicates.
Aggregation of call parts is the solution when long calls are divided by the switch into several CDRs according to different rules.
Data traffic grouping in the various sections (dates, directions, tariff groups, etc.)
Maintaining sets of collation conditions.
Creating and using collation templates.
Keeping copies of collation - creating and storing settings and collation data with the operator for a billing period.
Reporting on the collation. All collation results are shown on the screen and can be downloaded in Excel.
The expected implementation result is a rapid billing amount discrepancy detection and resolution.
