About Telesens: our company has been on the market for 22 years. During this time we have had different periods: we withstood two world crises, opened a representative office in London, and developed software in different directions throughout different countries. We are currently expanding. That’s why our Recruiting Team is looking for a passionate Recruiter who loves finding great talents, working with candidates, and partnering closely with hiring managers. This is an ideal role for someone who really wants to make an impact and grow professionally.
Experience & Skills required:
— 3+ years of IT recruiting experience (outsourcing, outstaffing companies or recruitment agencies);
— Successful vacancy closing level middle and senior;
— Understanding of IT market trends and differences between technologies/IT positions;
— Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
— Ability to drive the full cycle recruitment process;
— Search for candidates using various sources and tools;
— Leadership abilities;
— Highly responsible and organized with attention to details;
— Practical experience with a candidate assessment using various interviewing strategies;
— Willingness to multitask and process large amounts of information;
— Upper-intermediate English;
Job Responsibilities:
— Maintain a full hiring cycle (from drafting the vacancy description to carrying out all the stages of selection and Job Offer negotiations);
— Build effective and trusting relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and the whole team;
— Gather and formulate the requirements together with the hiring managers;
— Create the position description which will attract exactly the right people, advertise vacancies;
— Actively source and deliver a steady flow of candidates for each position;
— Screen candidates and schedule interviews;
— Conduct HR interviews (alone or together with the hiring manager);
— Give personalized, detailed feedback to the candidates;
— Communicate with candidates (both active right now and possible prospects for the future);
— Work on a day-to-day basis with our hiring team, helping them craft the most efficient;
— Manage the recruitment processes and evaluate skills level;
— Provide analytics and statistics on request;
— Maintaining the candidate database.
Would be a plus:
— Experience with Out staff vacancies
