- Promote technical solution and products to operators, as a technical support to the sales team;
- Product introduction, demonstration and presentation — Prepare, Present and Demonstrate;
- Understand the Telecom & IT domain landscape and market trends;
- Play a technical principal role in pre-sales project;
- Provide technical advices to account manager and other team members;
- Offer technical advice to account manager and visit the customer when necessary;
- Understand customer needs and create upsells and new opportunities, listen to customers requirements leverage and translate that to solution, materialize customer requests to sales;
- Understand customers needs and problems and devise creative solutions.
- 3+ years Telecommunication & IT background;
- Skills on presentation, speaking and communication;
- Fast self-learning ability in different technologies. Able to work in new technologies and products;
- Pre-sales experience or product planning experience preferred.
