Middle\Senior Manual QA 

About Project: The Сompany has been on the telecom interconnect billing market for 21 years. The main project points are: desktop application, “fat client”, Oracle database, Report generator Jasper, RepExcel (own development). We are working with more than 15 active customers, among the Ukrainian are: Ukrtelecom, Kyivstar, Velton. Interconnect system has been working in inter-operator interaction and interconnection billing. Every day's work duties include: invoicing for a certain period, traffic analysis, price lists loading, analysis of network topology and routing, CDR analysis. Responsibilities include:

  • Close interaction with development team;
  • Take part in the testing process, defects registration, bugs analysis, set by the testing team;
  • Installation of service packs and patches for testing environment; 
  • Configuration, tuning and optimization of the test environment on local machine or server;
  • Review and analysis of specifications and requirements;
  • Maintenance of test documentation (planning, checklists, test plans, test cases);
  • Participate in application business logic analysis and cover its with tests;
  • Assign Daily Test tasks Issue.
Skills and qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in manual testing of Desktop applications;
  • Proficient in defining and executing main SW testing docs: Test Plan, Test cases, Test Scenarios;
  • Excellent knowledge of test classifications, test methodologies and methods, types and variety of testing; 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of software testing concepts and practices;
  • Experience in development and maintenance of test scripts, analyze bugs and test report for different projects, estimate the coverage and risks;
  • Test Link work experience;
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix command line interfaces;
  • Good knowledge of DB and SQL;
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents (software requirements and design specifications, standards and regulations);
  • Work experience with Bug tracking systems and versioning;
  • Understanding of software development;
  • High education in “computer science” (technology) area or in a field connected to it;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Experience in next test practices: functional, UI, component, regression, performance, load, stress, stability testing, localization testing;
Personal qualities:
  • Ability to be intermediary team player between development and testing team;

Team Lead React/React Native 

About Telesens: Our company has been on the market for 21 years. During this time we have had different periods: we withstood two world crises, opened a representative office in London and developed software in different directions throughout different countries. We are currently expanding and are looking for developers for our Outsourcing Team. About project:

  • Development of the mobile application;
  • We are building a gaming community mobile application that is targeted for Asia and that will synergize with Telco Strategic assets.
There will be features:
  • Gaming community pages, targeted content,
  • Gamification of content and loyalty systems,
  • Games for downloading,
  • Payments gateway integration,
  • API integration with Telco systems to provide bandwidth/Data over mobile.
Skills and qualifications:
  • Strong 3+ years of commercial experience, completed 5+ projects as developer or architect using React and React Native;
  • Proficient React and React Native, Redux, React hooks, Webpack;
  • Experience in Unit Testing;
  • Ability to raise issues constructively with a team and with engineering management;
  • Ability to work on own initiative while in a Team environment;
  • A "can-do" attitude with strong problem solving skills;
  • Ability to pass technical interview with customer in English (Upper-intermediate level).
Responsibilities include:
  • Take an active part in the implementation (hands-on) of the various features with attention to code quality (clean, testable and maintainable code);
  • Share knowledge and best practices with other team members, maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and performance;
  • Monitor and control the team (React Native, React, Node) and be responsible for its management;
  • Lead in groomings, estimation and planning sessions;
  • Facilitate the timely delivery of different milestones;
  • People management activities, including participate in performance appraisals;
  • Conduct and participate in recruitment interviews, selection and induction processes.
Would be a Plus:
  • Experience with payment systems;
  • Experience with Docker, AWS;
